At kinetica we tailor an integrated process for each project. We not only respect the design goals, but also analyze and understand the engineering, fabrication and budget requirements to offer our clients a fully integrated solution.

As we have a deeper understanding of the project, we can come up with better solutions. We start by asking a lot of questions to set the client’s goals and the engineering, fabrication, logistics and installation requirements.
We take into account all of the elements at play: construction needs, possible materials, worksite conditions, permissions, transportation, maintenance, installation, time and cost in order to anticipate:
1 — What could go wrong
2 — If so, how do we fix it
3 — How could it be done better

Every project implies unique challenges. To reduce error range and anticipate any delay, we iterate through several mock-ups and simulate real-world scenarios to test and improve the project performance.

Sometimes we discover uncharted territory, sometimes we go back to basics and sometimes we tailor new fabrication processes to obtain the best possible solutions. The relevance of the “loop” phase of the process is that it avoids over cost and change orders.

We manage the entire production process. Our workshop is equipped with advanced technology and machinery allowing to deliver a high quality- lego style sytem in which the pieces are produced, packed and shipped in the precise order for an optimal and efficient installation sequence.
You can follow up the progress of your project using our propietary platform where the model and photos are constantly uploaded.

Our overall goal with every client is to bring the design concept to life, not to change it. The better we understand everything the better solutions we can come up with. We ask a lot of questions.
Problem-solving and coming up with better solutions just come down to a science. We take into account all of the element at play: construction needs, possible materials, worksite conditions, permissions, transportation, maintenance, installation, etc… to name just a few.

In order to create anything that hasn’t been done before without huge surprises, you need to test, area by area. Every single custom fabrication project is  part of whole and has to go through more that just fabrication. THE LOOP is where we take a proven concept through that entire process in real-world scenarios. We go through that entire start to finish process until we are sure that there won’t be any huge issues and that we have created the best process possible. Our clients are amazed when we tell them that the original quote we gave them is the real final cost. We don’t have any add-ons thanks to our LOOP porcess.

Your entire production process happens with us and you can follow the advances by using our in-house designed software. By continuously testing the entire process from start to finish we are able to give our customers a “best practice” Lego-style process from shipping to installation. We pride ourselves in helping you solve problems before they come up.
