Challenge: design a circular plafond that integrates with its environment

location:

mexico city

We proposed a solution for the Cemex head quarter’s ceiling in Mexico City. By evolving from the architect’s idea of having a circular plafond made out of stainless steel, along with Agustin Landa’s team and the building’s engineers, we created a beautiful conduct for the building’s air conditioner and cabling. Made out fiber glass, this 135 circumference conduct was manufactured in Monterrey and shipped to its site for installation. Since the office’s walls had the same circular shape problematic, we also designed and manufactured, along with office furniture company POLIARTE, the wall paneling.
