we were asked to manufactures steel windows and doors for the first tadao ando project in mexico. the project begin with sketches and aesthetic parameters from the architects , our job was to design the profiles so that not only they were manufacturable and functional, but they followed the architects specifications. all of the house’s steel windows and doors were made with galvanized steel sheet, steel rectangular profiles and steel cold rolled flat bars.
